What is the cost to rent this villa?

The rental cost for Rehabs Mar Villa starts at 4,000€ / per night.

 

Are there any restrictions with children or pets?

If you are traveling with children or pets, it's best to inform us as before booking.

 

Is there a minimum night stay?

Sometimes, depending on the season. For example, during summer, a 5 night minimum is typically required. During peak holiday periods, in general, 7 night minimums are often the norm.

Do I need to pay security deposit?

Αt the beginning of your stay, you will be required to pay a security deposit to guarantee correct use and care of the furnishings, equipment and use and departure conditions. The amount will be withheld from your credit card on the day of arrival, but will not be charged to your account unless there is a claim for damage. The deposit form will be returned one week after the end of your stay provided an inspection has shown that the accommodation has not been damaged and all the conditions of use have been followed. 

 

What can I expect in a villa?

Rehabs Mar villa has a swimming pool , A/C , sat tv, and free Wi-Fi.

 

However we are fully flexible to support you if any additional staff or service will be required during your stay.

 

How do we get the key? Who would be our contact for anything we need while we are in Kiato?

Our team member that met you at your arrival point, will escort you to the villa and hand you the keys and will provide to you all necessary information regarding the villa, in order to acquire the maximum pleasure from your vacation. He or she will also provide contact details of your dedicated concierge team member, who will be available 24/7.

 

What time is my check-in /check-out?

Check in is at 3:00 p.m. and check out is 12:00 a.m.\

 

Are there any additional costs or fees that I should be aware of?

All the costs are always clearly stated on your Booking Confirmation, which also serves as an invoice. This includes the rental amount with the security deposit, the single service fee and any charges for extra services, should you choose to take any. If some of the fees are to be paid on-site (e.g. local tax), this is also mentioned in the invoice. All our prices are indicated in EUR and include VAT.

 

How do I make an online booking with Rehabs Mar Villa?

You can submit a reservation request for the villa of your choice on our website, or directly by phone (+30 697 3494511) or e-mail (info@rehabsmar.gr).

 

If you’re short on time, you can fill a super short webform to let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll be happy to help you.

 

When we receive your reservation request, we’ll immediately get in touch, in order to confirm the booking. Once that’s done, you’ll receive by e-mail a Booking Confirmation, which also serves as an invoice. This concludes the rental agreement. 

 

Are discounts available?

Occasionally Rehabs Mar villa offers discounted prices. This varies between a holiday booked for over 2 weeks or a last-minute booking. Discounts are not fixed and differ based on various bookings.

 

Do I have to pay the whole amount at once?

If you make the reservation more than 8 weeks in advance, then we only need to receive 35% of your total rental amount within 5 business days after you receive your Booking Confirmation. The remaining 65% of the rental amount can be paid until 8 (eight) weeks prior to the beginning of your stay.

 

If you make the reservation less than 8 weeks before the starting date of your stay, then we ask you to pay the entire amount at once at the moment of booking.

 

Once your payment has been processed by Rehabs Mar villa, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail that your payment has been received.
